Every was ok the only problem is finding the entrance. When i booked i wasn't given the post code for the car park. It took us forever. G74 1nx is the post code to find ot easy. It was clean. They are working in the car park 2 and tne noisy in the morning was a bit to much at times.

The fantastic magical panoramic view from the 12th floor of the hotel. That is where the reception, bar and restaurant are to capture the wonderful 360degree circular vista Also very welcoming to pets. Dogs are treated as special guests

Very clean room, helpful friendly staff, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place, it is however at the top 3 floors of a tower block so if you don’t like heights then possibly look elsewhere

This was a very comfortable place for a stopover. The bedding was good (I liked the sheets) and I slept well.

There was no heat in the room. Even after turning it on and all night it was cold. They tell you to park in car park 2 and then it’s impossible to find the reception area.

Doesn't give a great first impression based on the outside appearance of the tower block in which the hotel is situated however the hotel itself was everything that I hoped it would be. Paid £50 for a twin room and then £5 return on the train into Glasgow city centre rather than paying £100 plus for a hotel/room of similar standard in the city. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

The accommodation was comfortable. We loved the shopping centre/mall downstairs. There was noise from other residents. Children running along the corridor. Kettle was not working on arrival. Changed after slight argument. No room cleaning on all 3 days. No change of towels. We cleaned and got bin liners. We saw trolley on corridor and picked new towels. Staff did not enter to clean despite seeing us make the effort. Free parking advantage but on the roof. We were soaking wet getting to the car or leaving to go to hotel.

When we arrived the staff could not have been nicer. We had an issue with a smell in the first room and they immediately moved us, it was quick and easy. The breakfast was a buffet breakfast and they were so helpful. We have allergies and they went over and above making sure we had all the information we needed to decide what was best. They even made gluten free toast. We had a small issue before arriving at with a staff member who kept telling us our card was declined however we had already paid Expedia. We were so glad of the 24/7 Expedia chat to get it sorted quickly. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it as it was good value for money.

The hotels.com website stated EV charge point there was not one. Food was okay with good choice and pricing was good, unfortunately it was like a children's playground with kids running around screaming etc.

Glasgow weekender.
Large, spacious room with plenty of storage. Kettle and TV, also free digital safe box. The double bed had clean `as new' bedding and we had 2 extremely comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom had a good shower and sink facilities and plenty of towels. Easy access to car park and also to shopping centre on ground floor. Reception, bar and restaurant are on the 12th (top) floor which we found unusual, but not a problem, as there are 3 lifts. In all, a very pleasant stay with my wife and several other friends. Glasgow city centre is about 20 minutes away on the train for about £5 return, so no need for car.
