The unit looked just as it was advertised. It was decorated nice and we loved having the large windows and 2 balconies. We had a concert to attend at the OVO Hydro one night and it was so nice to be able to just walk there and back with in minutes. Security seemed to be a high priority there as well.
So not luxury and one bathroom smelled of urine. Starting with the positive, the TV worked although no instructions for anything including heating. The beds were good but one of the bedrooms had a dripping leak from the ceiling. Parking was supposed to be included but allocated space was occupied and there was the constant threat of a fine. The flat and communal areas were tired and badly maintained- the showers were awful, one which poured like a tap the other ran cold before turning so hot that it was unusable. The controls on both were broken. There was a dripping leak
