The apartment is on the second floor of a modern building with balcony views facing the River Clyde. The building offers security entry and there are stairs to reach upper floors. Located on the banks of the river, there are a number of established hotels within a few steps of the building, such are the excellent views over the water.
The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard, with luxury wooden floors in the living area and kitchen and carpets in the other rooms. The master bedroom has fitted double wardrobes and king size bed. There is also ample drawer storage. The window faces the rear of the building and is particularly tranquil for those seeking a quite bedroom. A beautiful en-suite shower room is located within the master bedroom, and includes a large shower cabin, heated towel rail and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds, double integrated wardrobe and plenty of drawers. It also faces the rear of the building.
The open plan living area captures the fantastic views that make this apartment so light and desirable for guests. It incorporates a raised seating area which could be used as work space, plus a large L-shaped sofa, TV and dining table with five chairs. The adjoining kitchen has all of the modern appliances needed for a serviced accommodation - dishwasher, oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. The contemporary kitchen cupboards contains a full stock of pots, pans, crockery and utensils.
Finally, the balcony offers a small dining table with two chairs, perfect for a morning coffee overlooking the river. Is a great spot to watch the many people passing along the river on bicycles or running. With Glasgow Green park just a few minutes away, this is a great city apartment which offers green space on your doorstep.
The area around Clyde Street has a mix of residential properties and hotels. The newly opened Clayton Hotel has taken over the magnificent Customs House house building and blends new with old so well. There are a number of supermarkets in close proximity, and St. Enoch Shopping Centre is less than five minutes on foot. Private parking at the rear of the building can be made available and has no height restriction. For those arriving by train, Glasgow Central is around 15 minutes by foot or Argyle Street station is even closer.

Communication with Eric and Graham was flawless. They are fantastic to deal with. Very prompt, considerate and helpful. And Location is perfect for a city stay. Suggestions: some repairs needed (broken toilet roll holder, loose door handle, stained carpeting);Windows were so dirty, one of our group cleaned them to be able to enjoy the view; deck is unusable due to pigeon poop which obviously hadn’t been washed off in forever. Bedrooms are very cramped. There is nowhere to open a suitcase except out in the living room. Might be an idea to just take the doors right off the closets so you’d have an “alcove” space.
