"Outdoor pool was nice. Hotel badly needs updating, ripped up, thread bare, dirty carpet in the halls and stairs, dirty windows. The toilet in our room needed repair, which they promptly fixed. The battery died on the door so we got locked out of the room, which they also promptly fixed. Just an old place that needs fixing up but staff was helpful."
"Our room was clean but the lock on the patio door was broken so we had to get a bar to stick in it so no one could open it from the outside. The furniture was so old & scratched up it looked horrible. The nighttime lock on the door was also broken. The breakfast was meh!! It wasn't horrible but we won't stay there again."
"I’m very disappointed with this stay! Room had no toilet paper, had to borrow some from another room. no amenities in room, such as shampoo, soap etc. bed was terribly uncomfortable. Hot tub was freezing, not working and every lounge chair was ripped or broken. Stayed 3 days and never brought coffee for coffee maker. Toilet never stopped running(day and night) I had to shut the bathroom door because it was loud and annoying. Then there was a full hotel of children which is normally fine, but not at 10:30 at night when they were running through the halls, yelling, slamming doors and knocking on peoples rooms. Had to call the front office due to noise at 11 pm! Stayed before and it was awesome, sad it’s went down hill this past year!"
"The staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room was clean and well stocked. The gym had a wide variety of equipment to use. There was ample parking. Definitely would stay again."
"All the staff were super friendly and kind and greeted us whether we were entering or leaving the hotel. The bed was comfortable and clean. The amenity of the gym was a small selection, and the only issue was the breakfast buffet. The trash was overflowing. He didn’t know which was decaf or regular coffee and the waffle machine didn’t work both days a little dated, but like I noted the staff, they were all amazing."
"Room was ok. Unfortunately, I noticed a very large brown stain on the bottom of the mattress (when the sheets came up a little). Overall, the hotel is in a good location but I didn’t feel it was very clean."
"The check-in was great helpful but the room size and amenities were horrible. Small gym and had to walk across the street to another hotel for the pool. Would not recommend for families. Also not for pets. They have a small dog area and charge an extra $50 to have a pet. I ended up being charged another $100 on top of the room charge for parking and our dog. Would not recommend"
