"Booked 2 nights as husband had a stroke and was nearby in hospital. Picture of hotel was good and room said mini bar for use and essentials. Arrived to a building site, hotel was in a building zone and it was horrendous. If we wanted breakfast it would be impossible as there was no restaurant just a hole with concrete posts and no roof. We asked if we could get refreshments as travelling all day to be told there’s a 20 minute walk with a baby through the building site. There was no mini bar just...
"It is listed as being located in downtown Plovdiv, but unfortunately, it is actually about a 25-minute walk from the city center. In front of the hotel, there are several buildings that are falling apart, which makes the view from the windows quite unpleasant. The rooms at the back of the building are very dark and receive no sunlight at all.

"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel.
