Room is small and ideal for solo trip. Parking is terrible. “First come first serve” not ideal when you’re arriving at midnight. The streets aren’t the safest. Other than that, room is clean, modern, and cute. Kiosk staff really helpful and easy to check in and out.

It’s a beautiful, cozy, clean Hotel. The complementary breakfast in the beautiful restaurant on the 17th floor with the panoramic review of LA is an added bonus. I have been staying in this hotel many times.

Location is good, especially for an easy airport transfer, however for tourist things given the up / down of Bilbao levels, its very hilly, its best to use the metro, which is 2 min walk from the hotel.
