"The staff person who checked us in the first day was really not kind or helpful (we were there for a wedding and my husband's shirt got wrinkled in transit... we asked where we could an iron or a laundromat and she said no way, but there is literally a laundromat 500 feet away). There was a used shampoo bottle in the shower. We absolutely could not figure out how to turn on the AC and the room looked like it was from the 1950s. Stay somewhere else."

"the owners of the property could not do enough and were must charming. Carlo and Paola work so terribly hard but always ready to talk and smile with the guests. It is very much a family hotel with the gentle Nonna always about to help if she can. But to the main reason this hotel was chosen was because of Carlo's wonderful cooking.
