Dessverre så blir opplevelsen i starten ødelagt av elendig kundeservice og oppfølging av Novasol da feriehuset hadde åpenbare mangler som Novasol burde hatt ordnet. Heldigvis kom huseier innom og fikset opp og gjorde at oppholdet ble veldig hyggelig.
