The Space:
Meadow Memories 1 by Tiny Away is one of the region’s unique holiday homes, located in Girgarre—just 15 minutes from Kyabram, 30 minutes from Echuca and 50 minutes from Shepparton. This tiny house is set on the banks of a private oasis, offering a peaceful rural escape where you can swim, fish, or go yabbying right at your doorstep.
To make your stay extra special, our family farm is just a short walk away down the road. Meet the horses and camels, see chickens, lambs, and calves (seasonal), and watch cows being milked.
This 139-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette equipped for cooking, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the tiny home. Dairy visits are available on request.

- Please keep children and pets with you at all times.
- The dam is for fun but is unsupervised—use at your own risk
- Keep pets with you at all times around the farm. While keeping them outside of the tiny house.
The Neighborhood:
Meadow Memories 1 by Tiny Away is located in Girgarre—just 15 minutes from Kyabram, 30 minutes from Echuca and 50 minutes from Shepparton. For sightseeing, you can visit Echuca to see the historic paddle steamers on the Murray River, or explore the Rushworth and Whroo area with the old Balaclava mines and scenic Reedy Lake Road.
Nature lovers will enjoy the Kyabram Fauna Park at 75 Lake Road, where you can see all kinds of animals or sit by the café with the meerkats.

- Yes buses and trains to Melbourne.
- Also taxi services 15 mins away.

- No smoking allowed on the property
- Mobile reception is Telstra and Optus
- The tap water is clean and safe to drink
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Remember to watch your kids and pets around water
- There is an unoccupied building nearby—please avoid this area.
- The tiny house has 1 queen bed please contact host to enquire for children/babies stay options.
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are allowed maximum 2 pets, with 24 hrs' notice and must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed in the house.
Safety guidelines
- We are a Certified Organic Farm.
- Always close gates behind you. Some fences are electric to keep animals safe and off the road.
Important note:
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
