"Went for relaxation while in the city . Lobby was clean spacious and updated . Check in went smooth . One of the elevators was out , understandable , but the hotel was also hosting a mixer in the front of the building . So wait for elevator was a bit long. Room was spacious ,but dated and aged, with purple walls and turquoise curtains . Not a big deal for a night or two but there was “event” being held in front of the building , music blared until 1030 or so . Called down , Cade in guest services was not very helpful nor polite. Hilton customer service and Expedia was helpful in the end. "

"they did not have rooms to honor the reservation; sent us to another hotel claiming they had set up a booking there; when we arrived and the 'replacement hotel' they knew nothing of a reservation and had to contact hotel for information. luckily they had a few rooms. the desk staff was rude and unhelpful and there was no manager on staff because if was a weekend"

"It was ok. The staff really is great. The place could use a good updated remodel. Better pillows as well. They were very small square pillows on a king sized bed. Fridge was not cold & the dial was already maxed out. Good location. Truly the only real complaint as a mother alone with small children, there were men sitting on the steps of each floor during our stay all through out the day & night. I don’t know if these men were employees or not, but it had me felling very uneasy my entire stay (4 days/3 nights). If these are employees.. they really should not do this. "

"Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix it. Restaurant floor had leftover food droppings from the night before at breakfast; they clearly did not vacuum. Shockingly poor stay. Hotel rooms are not in good condition. "

"Beautiful hotel! Love the updates and front staff were pleasant. But our stay wasn’t the best! When we checked in, our room had dirty check markings all on the toilet seat, hairs in the bathroom sink and the bathroom door wouldn't close completely as the door screws were loosely hanging out and eventually fell off. I showed front desk pictures of the room. They apologized and moved us to a different room. On inspection of the new room, it was just as nasty. There was a pool of pee in front of the toilet and the freezer had brown stuff in it. The floor in the kitchen was dirty with white & brown construction residue. So we opted to keep the first room we initially had. We went buy gloves and already had disinfectant wipes and Lysol to clean our room so our family could be comfortably during our multi-night stay. Also, I was informed on Feb 19th that construction at the property would be complete in 7 days (way before our mid-March arrival). It wasn’t. When we got there it was still ongoing. We were awaked to constant hammering noises at 7:55am our first morning there. Other than that, the remained of our stay was uneventful and check-out process was smooth. "
