"We have family in Neosho and Seneca and this location was perfect. A good amount of restaurants and shops within 5min drive (i.e. Walmart, Lowes, gas station, pop eyes, burger king, dollar tree, etc). Staff was great. The only reason I gave it a 4 start is because the walls and floors are paper thin. ..."

"The room had stains on the wall. The bedding had cigarette holes, given that it was a smoking room but c'mon! The shower head was awful and the water wasn't very hot. Now, let me tell you about the worst part, I have bites from head to toe. My face, shoulders, back of legs and feet. Bed bug bites!!! ..."
