"First of all, the hosts - Veronique and Jerome were very friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome and I got to practice my French a bit too! Breakfast was very nice with local produce every morning. They also gave us lots of advice about where to go. The pool was lovely and cool with a great view. "Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, but the staff offered up a drink while the room was readied. Very nice and responsive in addressing the problem. The fire alarm went off around 7 am our first morning. Went on for a good 10 minutes. Annoying but ultimately a non-event. No explanation was given; no contact from the staff. We still don’t know what happened. The room was clean and the facility was safe. Would stay here again"
