"Very comfortable and convenient place to stay, easy walk to shops, restaurants, and theaters, Safeway right across the street. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice to have access to local gym, 10 minute walk away. Also appreciated having microwave and mini fridge in room. Will happily stay here again the next time I’m in Ashland."

"It’s easy to feel the lodge vibe at this great location on the river and also to recognize that it could use a bit of TLC around the edges. Disappointed that dining room was closed. Continental breakfast had numerous options- thank you. We never saw a staff member during our stay- Felt like the place had just held an event and everyone had gone home….. For the price paid value was not there. Great potential for lodge to be really nice"

"We had an amazing experience staying at Dustin's property! From the very beginning, Dustin was incredibly kind, welcoming, and generous. The house was absolutely perfect for our two softball families. There were more than enough beds for everyone, and we loved that each room had its own air conditioning, making everyone's stay comfortable.Dustin truly went above and beyond to make our trip special. He even put a grill out back so we could enjoy a family BBQ one evening. We had mentioned that one of our softball girls would be celebrating her birthday during our stay, and when we arrived, he had surprised her with a huge birthday balloon. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to all of us.We can't say enough great things about both the property and Dustin as a host. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will absolutely be booking here again the next time we're in Medford for softball.Thank you, Dustin, for making our stay so memorable!"
