She was great, professional and friendly. It was slow when we sat down but filled up pretty quickly and she handled the entire section with grace and ease. "Staff is very unhelpful. The room smelled like actual poop, we think it was the carpet. The hotel itself is very weirdly designed, with stairs and elevators that go to half floors and parts of the building that don’t seem to connect. Honestly would not recommend this hotel. "
