This place exceeded our expectations - I wish we’d had more time to spend at the property, it was beautiful and super quiet. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had such a great stay! The house was great and had such great views and beach access. The neighborhood was great and everyone was very friendly. We had to contact the host for one thing and he was very responsive. Would highly recommend!"

"It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright...

"We stayed her with our five kids and a dog. The place had a great game room set away from the living room for our three teenage boys to hang out in and be boys. The girls had the living room so plenty of space when they needed a break from each other. It was pretty expensive tho. Figured it would be nice to have toilet paper, some dishwasher tabs, paper towels...basic stuff that most vrbo homes to start out with. All in all it good stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. It was great that we could walk across the street to the beach and enjoy the amenities of the Akwa Marina and Beach Club. The house was set up well and had AC throughout. We would definitely stay there again as it had a New England rustic charm."

"We traveled from Michigan to New Hampshire to visit my friends daughter who recently moved there. This house was perfect for our home base. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfection! We traveled to Maine for a day at the ocean and were happy to return to such an enjoyable home. A few dinners and Sorry games later and it was back to Michigan. This home is as advertised....maybe even a little better!"

"Friends and I booked the house for the weekend. We went to see Hank Williams Jr at the pavilion 3 miles down the road. Great location to wander around and enjoy! House was very clean had everything we needed. The only bad thing was we wanted a ride to the show so we wouldn't have to worry about driving. It was a busy night for rides understandably but it seemed the Uber/Lift/Taxi companies are definitely struggling out there. Took us over an hour to finally get a taxi ride there... 3 miles= $70...

"Great property and location! Quick ride to Wolfeboro where there are great shops and restaurants! The house has everything you could need and fun was had by all!"

"Guests included Gma, Gpa, 38 year old Son and two grandsons 8 and 4. We were there to visit 82 year old grand parents. The location was beautiful and close to everything. The multi level layout was a bit more than our health challenged guests anticipated. Gma and great grands could not maneuver all of the stairs down to the dock. But the deck overlooking the lake offered incredible sunset views. The unlisted paddle boards and kayak were a nice surprise and were enjoyed every evening. The...

"We stayed between Christmas and New Years to go skiing at Gunstock - it rained 2 out of the 3 days but the house was so great with the indoor pool we didn't mind being stuck inside. We had an issue with the TV in the pool area and someone came out to look at it for us which was appreciated. Only thing I would recommend is adding a hot tub! Great place and thinking of renting again in the summer to enjoy the lake!"

"This cabin had ample room for 4 couples. Bedrooms were adequate, the common areas spacious. (The entire house was super clean and all appliances nearly new.) However, we spent most of our time outdoors enjoying the wonderful location overlooking the lake! The deck was perfect for meals, down by the dock fun for "happy hour", and the fire pit perfect for afternoon reading and evening fires. We enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat provided. The host was pleasant and available to answer questions...

"Lisa is a spectacular host and her property was gorgeous! My boyfriend, pup and I had a quiet, relaxing getaway from our busy lives. We walked the neighborhood and enjoyed the views of the pond. I wish we had stayed longer, but we would definitely come back! Thank you again!! 😊"

"This home was the perfect place for my family. My 5 grandchildren had plenty of room to play and relax in. It was wonderful to find so many games, puzzles, and books for everyone. The kitchen had everything needed for meal preparation. We found the house to be quite clean and comfortable for the 10 of us. So happy that we chose this home for our long weekend."
