"Staff support lacked, the place is nice yeah but not worth the price at all. There was no welcoming and walkthrough on how their breakfast processes worked etc. Music next door is pumping till late night. I have been to much better service and places. Allthough the owner/manager did reach out after we left, there are major improvement required"

"We were blown away by the accommodation. The first thing you encounter on arrival is a massive indoor pool of Koi (I guess that’s in the name!) The luxury and beautiful atmosphere continues as you explore the property. We would have gone swimming but the weather was a bit nippy, the breakfast was lovely with different menu each day - oh and the muffins… Le-Anne was so welcoming and made us feel at home during our stay. Rooms were clean and comfy beds made for a welcome rest. "
