Mine was ADA which I didn't ask for but really helped because I have minor agility issues The only complaint I have is that there wasn't a plug near the mirror in the bathroom or room to plug in my curling iron. Over all, it was a great experience."

"Before we booked our stay we stopped and asked them if the hot tub was working. They guaranteed us it was. Right after we booked our stay and went to the hot tub it was cold. We went right to the desk and told them. They kept telling us that it would be fixed. It never was. We told them we never would have stayed without the hot tub. They would not offer us a refund so we could find a motel with a working hot tub. Very poor customer service."

"It was a very friendly environment and the staff. Everyone had a smile and was eager to help with all of my questions. My dogs came along on my trip and the staff were so excited to meet them. I will definitely be using this hotel for every visit I have to Gillette"

"The staff their is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean. We appreciated that. The electrical outlets were almost non existent and we had to unplug the lamps to charge our phones. But id stop there again just to see the nice people and the clean rooms. "
