C'est une arnaque, on réserve sur le nom de Gerald Homestay 2 mais cet hôtel n'existe pas ! Ce faux nom est un prétexte pour remplir Syffa homestay. Ils ont tout fait pour ne pas nous accepter en nous disant que la réservation avec Expedia n'avais jamais existée. Au final on a pû dormir là-bas en doublant le prix de la chambre. Soirée du nouvel an, plus de disponibilité nul part. À bannir ! C'est honteux à se demander comment une telle manigance peut se retrouver sur Expedia. ARNAQUE !

スタッフが気さくな宿

スタッフが気さくで、その点はよかった。シャワーの水圧がおかしかったので若干使いくかった。結果的にジェラルドホームステイではなく、シイファホームステイに泊まったのだが…。

Venligt personale og hyggelig gårdhave

Fint sted. minimalistisk og rimeligt slidt, men personalet var venlige og imødekommende, sengene var Okey at ligge i og den tilhørende lille teresse foran værelset førte ud til en hyggelig lille gårdhave. Placeret 10 min gang fra havnen og i rolige omgivelser

Nice Stay

Just as described. If you can handle the heat with just a fan then it's no problem. Short walk to the amazing night market. Decent breakfast included too.

Decent enough location - about the only good thing

VERY basic hotel and way over priced! Rooms were big but so basic, desperately needed painting, the bedding was stained, the pillows were like rocks and the shower was next to useless. Do not stay here!

Awful hotel.

Room and hotel were very unclean. Most of staff were friendly but the 'manager' was awful. My reservation was switched by a day, so I paid for 5 and only stayed for 4. Manager knew and was VERY rude and incorporative about issue. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

So So Accommodation

Honestly the place was run down and in urgent need of a makeover. Nearly everything was sub-standard compared to the whole of Bali, and the price was way more because it is a small island during Christmas and New Year. The towels were stained, the bathroom stank, lit by a single incandescent bulb, zero fixtures and fittings. I have to say the staff were very friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi works really well and there are some chairs outside your room to sit and relax to make up for the rather negative experience inside the room.

Penginapan Terburuk di Gili Trawangan

Penginapan yg terburuk yg pernah saya alami. saya book di gerald homestay, dipindahkan ke syifa homestay yg lbh kecil. untung saya tidak mau. kondisi Kamar kecil, K.Mandi+wastafel penuh dengan kecoak, air kran rasanya asin (tidak ada air panas). Hari ke-2 kamar tidak dibersihkan, kalau tidak saya minta, itupun dengan rasa dongkol petugas kamar membersihkan dengan ala kadarnya. Tidak bisa menikmati liburan dengan nyaman.

Personal muy amable hotel no recomendable

La verdad que no me gusta nada opinar mal del hotel porque los propietarios eran muy simpáticos. Haré un resumen muy rápido: - si eres mochilero y todo te da igual (incluso morir de calor mientras intentas dormir), no está mal - Aunque no te guste el aircon como a mí... Pídelo con aircon - nos llevaron a un anexo mucho peor que la zona principal, pedí el cambio a lo que no hacían más que contestarme con un "same same" - desayuno pasable - cucarachas, y suciedad.
