Our experience with the check in process was terrible. The app wasn't working to allow us to check in, the self check-in wasn't working correctly, so after waiting a long time to self check-in and being unsuccessful, we had to wait in an even longer, very slow moving line to get to staff at the counter. There wasn't a heads up that they were having issues with self check-in and no explanation as to why and definitely not enough counter staff to check the large number of guests in. People who have traveled just want to get in to their room and relax, not stand in more lines!

Stayed at Planet Hollywood for my hubby’s birthday this past weekend. Right near the center of the strip. Everything was great! Just don’t try to use the bathroom in your room between 3-6. They shut the water off. Had to go to the casino to use the bathroom. Other than that, everything was great!

Only downside was the cigarette smoke smell

Very nice property. Rooms nice modern and clean. Medium size casino very good restaurants.

Staff was not as helpful or focused. Tend to spread time to many people as opposed to assisting one efficiently then moving on to another. Called to front desk first evening there ask if they had the same room available for another night… front desk Rachel was nothing and apart from being young was quiet condensing then hung up on me. I went on with my day despite her rude demeanor. Will i stay at this hotel again… Never! I’ve stayed at many locations yet was always treated like a person and welcoming.
