Spacious Home in Moors Community on KY Lake with Outdoor Hot Tub and Fire Pit

Open floor plan great for small gatherings, perfect for families! A short golf cart ride to Moors Resort & Marina and Ralphs Restaurant. Moors offers a full service marina, boat ramp, restaurant with bar. Out of State fishing licenses can be purchased at Moors Marina.
The space
3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Located in Sherwood Shores. Large, covered front porch. Secluded back patio with new hot tub and additional seating. Outdoor area includes fire pit and charcoal grill. Perfect for cozy nights with family and friends. Open living/kitchen and roomy bedrooms. Primary has king sized mattress, en suite primary bath with walk in shower, 2nd bedroom has queen bed and 3rd bedroom has three section bunk bed, 2 twin and one full sized mattress (top has max capacity of 220lbs as well as each bottom bed) top bunk not safe for children under 6 due to risk of injury from fall. Washer and dryer available for use. Kitchen is equipped with all of the amenities of home.

This is a spotlessly clean, spacious home to enjoy while visiting KY Lake. While we did not have a chance to enjoy the hot-tub, it was clean and ready for our enjoyment.Check-in is easy, the host is communicative, and the location is great! We loved the comfy beds and all of the game options provided.

Was very pleased with the VRBO. There was plenty of room for us. My mom had a large comfy chair to sit in. We enjoyed the hot tub and how close we were to the Marina.

Very nice stay

We had a very nice, relaxing stay near Moors Marina. We were visiting family in the area and this was a great home to stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was more spacious than it looked in pictures and very clean. Nice big backyard with a fire pit to enjoy. Very convenient to restaurants and grocery stores as well.

Parents only get away

We had the best time staying here! Everything was super clean, cozy and made us feel like we were at home. The hot tub was our favorite part! Although we didn’t get to use it the fire pit area look awesome too. They had all the supplies and a smores kit too. The drive from here to Patti’s was so beautiful! We can’t wait to come back!

The property was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was perfect for our girls trip! Host even left s'mores ingredients for us! Beds were very comfortable and the living room was great for playing games and visiting. Peaceful Oasis

My husband and I had a great time during our stay at this beautiful lake house. The house is thoughtfully laid out and decorated nicely. The living room is cozy and inviting, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom and bathroom were luxurious. And the hot tub was a perfect place to relax. Clean, comfortable and casual getaway

We stayed for two nights with 5 adults and two children under the age of two. Plenty of space for everyone and kudos to whoever cleans the house. All beds we comfortable and no complaints from anyone in our group.Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, silverware and plates and just about anything else you would need. It was cold outside but the heating system kept us very comfortable. Would 100% stay again.

Very clean. There was zero visibility of water. House next door had younger partying guests throwing up in back yard at 2am both nights. Hot tub needs chemicals. Beds are super hard. The tv in living room is very dark. Can’t see half of movies playing. It was clean and spacious.

Perfect weekend getaway

We were in town for a bike race nearby. This location was the perfect place to rest and spend time with friends. The place was very clean and everything was nicely decorated. The owner left s’mores supplies for us which we all enjoyed. I would definitely come back here. I have no negatives whatsoever.

Great Couples Getaway

My husband and I stayed with another couple. We visited Patty's and The Elk/Bison Range. We would stay here again. The place is very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The host replied back quickly, check in and out was very easy. We arrived an hour early and was able to check in. The hot tub worked and was an extra bonus to the place. The firepit was nice, the host left us a smore kit for the firepit. There were beach towels for the hot tub. The host also provided coffee for the coffee maker and laundry detergent for the washer. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome Property

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights and used the location as our home base for chasing the eclipse. The owners even provided eclipse themed snacks for us. How thoughtful! Everything was clean and organized. This is the first property I've ever seen that provided both a charcoal grill and a propane grill. We had some rain so didn't take advantage of the fire pit or hot tub but they're definitely great to have. Location was perfect too. Walking distance to the marina where we had dinner. Quiet neighborhood with several deer sightings. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Excellent Host! Great House.

The house is exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and created lasting memories with our sons and granddaughter. The house is clean and well organized. There is plenty to do in the area before the kiddos go off to school; once school starts in the area, however, most of the local attractions are closed during the week. The LBL National Rec area is open and there's a lot to do and see there, but it is a 40 - 75 minute drive depending where you go. The hot tub is amazing. Our 7 y.o. granddaughter was its biggest fan, so we kept the temp at 97. But it was what got her calmed and ready for sleep each evening. Thanks for sharing your amazing home!
