Escape to our cozy 3-bed, 2-bath townhome on Kentucky Lake! Perfect for families or friends, this retreat offers direct lake access for boating and relaxation. Features an open layout, fireplace, and a patio with a fire pit. Comfortably sleeps your group in a master suite, queen room, and a fun bunk room. Your ideal lakefront getaway awaits!

Step inside and relax in the inviting living room, featuring a large leather sectional perfect for gathering around the cozy fireplace. The open layout flows into a large dining area and a spacious, modern kitchen that is fully equipped for home-cooked meals.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 3-bedroom townhome. You can enjoy the beautiful lake views from the porch or take a stroll down the grassy lawn to the water`s edge. Your private backyard patio features a fire pit and both Weber gas and charcoal grills. You have direct access to the lake. Please note, the 16`x24` dock is seasonal and is shared with the adjacent townhome unit.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process and give our guests space to enjoy their vacation. However, we are always available via the app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance during your stay.

Extended Weekend Family Getaway

I work for the Health Department and the unit was extremely clean!! Very close to Moors Resort, within walking distance or a short golf ride. The Unit is larger than described!! The kitchen has AMPLE cabinet/counter/seating space for a large gathering. I have stayed at multiple VRBO’s over the last ten years and gave this Unit a 5 Star rating based on amenities in the house (games, appliances, utensils, laundry supplies and amount of towels)!! Bathrooms are spacious and the Unit has plenty of storage space and room to unpack clothing etc.! We had dishwasher/kitchen soap and paper towels provided. If I had to pick one “issue” it would be that we only had one grange bag provided but that wasn’t an issues because I always bring extra with me. The gentleman that picks up the garbage is the sweetest!! The owner was extremely responsive and available!! HIGHLY recommend!

This property is perfect! Every room in the house was spotless. Management was very friendly and extremely helpful. Pictures don’t do this place justice. Very modern and completely renovated. Very spacious!! Beautiful property!!

Beautiful place close to Moors Marina

House was very clean, beautiful and big. Love the big roomy kitchen and family room. We spent every evening grilling out back and around the fire pit. Very close and easy to get Moors Marina where we rented a slip for our boats.

Excellent Property

This property was perfect close to water, exactly what we was looking for. Unit was very clean, beds we comfortable, and they thought of everything for enjoying the weekend outside. This is a property, we will look for each time go to Kentucky lake. As an added bonus they sent us the closest grocery stores and restaurants in an e-mail prior to arrival.
