* Security: For your safety, a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera is located at the front entry. It faces the outdoor entry area and does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed.
* Adjacent Unit: Please be aware that there is an adjacent unit on the property which may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Family friendly, clean, nice location.

The interior is nice and very clean. The owner was so awesome and easy to communicate with and super accommodating. Stayed here with my family (2 adults and two kids) and my parents. Just wish it was two full baths but we all managed and enjoyed our stay here. My mom has a walker and was able to get around the house. The kids liked going down to the dock to fish. Also liked that it’s has an open field so my kids could go out and play with family and friends. I didn’t have to worry about traffic or anything. Quiet little cove.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!

Our family LOVES the lake and this was the perfect place/spot for us. We have a 27 foot ski boat that we were able to dock on site. It was a little tricky as the water level was a little low for our liking but we managed and it worked out perfect. We also docked our 2 kayaks and the dock was large enough to leave lillypad or tubes on if you didn't want to take them out with you. A beautiful home and VERY clean. Loved everything about it!! I would highly recommend this place!! Great communication with owners as well!!

Great Memorial Day Weekend

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your lakeside retreat! We will definitely be back! It's been absolutely perfect. Especially now that we know there's an adjoining unit - perfect for my brothers family. Close but not too close. The dock has been absolutely perfect as well, a hard to find amenity! We love this area close to Moors Resort and Marina, I almost hate to tell anyone about this property - I almost want to keep this gem a hidden secret. Y'all have put a lot of work in this property. The back area is so relaxing, with both a propane and charcoal grills plus a very nice Solo smokeless bonfire pit!

KY Lake Weekend Getaway

We were in the area for a family reunion. Although we spent very little time on the property, the home was immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming at the end of our days. The mattresses were all supremely comfortable. I would recommend this property.
