"Pool is closed, floors are disgustingly dirty, ac has black mold, our room had used shampoo and conditioner, remotes didn’t have batteries, room keys don’t unlock door, housekeeping came in even though we had a do not disturb sign, microwave door was broke, refrigerator didn’t work."
