Portal with video surveillance. For its location you can enjoy both the beach, promenade, restaurants, bars, shops, next to bus stop and taxis, next to several parkings. Ideal to travel both as a family or as a couple. It has a large bathroom with towels and toiletries, hair dryer, shower column. Kitchen fully equiped; American bar, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker and all kinds of utensils for cooking and eating.
The living room is equipped with Smart tv with 50-inch wifi connection, very comfortable sofa-bed, extendable table. Room with 1.50 bed, desk / dresser, open and comfortable wardrobe. Another room with a trundle bed of 0.8 extendable to a same level bed of 1.60 with a wardrobe. We have a cot, baby bath, highchair, shopping cart and beach chairs (all on request). It has heating and free wifi throughout the house. Pets are not allowed, as well as celebrations of parties and events. Smoking is not allowed. Children up to 3 years free in crib available.
