The apartment was as advertised and was very well equipped. Even some basic foodstuffs available. The furniture was comfortable and the bathroom clean. Was there anything not to like? Well for me the yellow and orange paint was a bit vibrant and the mural above the bed rather over the top. But hey, that’s just personal taste.
Sehr schöne, ruhige und saubere Wohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sehr zentral gelegen. Die Vermieter sind ausserordentlich nett und hilfsbereit. Optimal für zwei oder drei Personen. Wir haben dort drei wunderbare Wochen verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Me he sentido como en casa supera agusto ,la casa esta en muy buenas condiciones y muy cómoda, la zona es de las mejores y parquin a la vuelta de la calle Gijon me ha gustado mucho y la dueña es muy agradable un 10Luisa

agréable sejour à Gijon
appartement propre, en bon état, bien situé par rapport a la mer avec un parking proche. intérieur de l appartement un peu sombre. Poste de télévision à remplacer

Buena localización y completo.
El apartamento estaba cerca del centro de la ciudad, que está perfecto para pasar unos días sin parar de comer ya qe la plaza mayor y las demás calles peatonales próximas están llenas de negocios de hostelería típica asturiana y lugares emblemáticos. El sofá cama necesita un poco de mejoría, pero el resto de la vivienda estaba muy bien, con calefacción y limpio. En cuanto a la zona de aparcamiento es toda residencial y zona azul, así que recomiendo no llevar coche propio.
En general la recomiendo para alquilar puesto que está muy bien situado y muy completo. Además Pilar es encantadora y acudió enseguida a la hora que habíamos quedado para recoger las llaves y entrar.
