Welcome to the heart of Gijón! A beautiful apartment in the centre awaits you. With modern and current decoration, it features a comfortable and cosy bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a single sofa bed for a child. It has a work area and high-speed internet. It has heating through air radiators. Located in the centre of Gijón on a pedestrian street with restaurants and bars with high attendance, it will allow you to explore the best tourist spots, shops a few steps away. The building has no lift and the apartment is on the 5th floor, but do not lose the opportunity to enjoy this charming apartment and the energy of Gijón. Book now and let yourself be carried away by the charm of this city!
Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. Quiet hours must be respected between 23:00 h and 8:00h.
