Piso muy sucio. Tuvimos que llamar para que vinieran a limpiar porque estaba todo mal. Tras esa limpieza, algo mejoró pero lejos de lo que se considera aceptable. El piso entero huele mal, especialmente en los cuartos de baño. Casi todos los enchufes torcidos, luces que no funcionan, agujeros en la pared donde se supone que iban luces pero no existían, una puerta sin picaporte, cables sueltos por todos lados, suelo abombado, el cajón de la nevera no abre porque choca con la puerta, el mueble del baño principal está reventado, la ducha fuga si pones la alcachofa de arriba, el baño secundario es prácticamente inservible por estar literalmente pegado a la pared, vinilo de la cocina suelto, papel levantado en las paredes, NO HAY ASCENSOR…Pedí hablar con la gestora y nadie me atendió en toda la semana argumentando que agosto era mal mes. Tuve que arreglar yo mismo una tecla de la pared que estaba mal montada y no teníamos luz en la habitación. En definitiva, el piso no está en condiciones de ser alquilado y es una pena porque es amplio y muy bien situado. Con una inversión mínima podría mejorar enormemente. Sinceramente, la peor casa donde he estado tras 17 años veraneando en Gijón.
