"It was close to the airport with shuttle pick up. We did have to wait 50 minutes for the van to pick us up from the airport - there was some sort of massive z up- which they apologized and made it right . The transport back to the airport was great"

"I had a very frustrating experience staying here. While the property itself is beautiful and conveniently located near the airport, the service across multiple touchpoints felt dismissive and, at times, outright rude. At the end of my stay, I was called just two minutes before my shuttle departure and it left without me, which was extremely stressful and poorly handled. There were also unexpected additional fees buried in the fine print that were never clearly explained at check-in. When I raised this, the concierge was passive-aggressive and insisted this lack of transparency was “industry standard,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Dining was similarly disappointing—the restaurant staff made it seem like they were doing me a favour by taking my order, and overall I felt unwelcome. The pool is nice, but the Wi-Fi was poor, and the service issues ultimately outweighed the positives. I would not stay here again."
