Staff are friendly and nice when greeting us at arrival. A senior male staff speak good English. Hotel supplied us complementary bottle water to drink. The room and beds are comfortable. Dining room is nicely set up. Breakfast are good with lots of varieties. I would recommend Hotel IL Credo Gifu to friends and relatives.

Close from the station, convenient location, reasonable price. In the small room, a too big desk , a too big chair make it difficult to move inside the room. Not enough electric outlets. Bath room is too narrow and needs updated.

Rm902 smelled of 'vomit'. Had to change room. Rm602 was a bit better but still smelled. stay 23oct 2019 for one night

Nice location, near station. Facilities a bit old. The bedcover has holes.I have tell the problem to the staff but they are not friendly and they say this situation is normal. Finally not room change or bedcover change for me.

Very clean & well presented hotel directly across the road from the train station, Good value for money, friendly staff who speak good English. Excellent sized room for Japan. Great free breakfast with a good variety of eastern style breakfast to western style breakfast

Close to Gifu Station
Very convenient location, literally minutes’ walk away from Gifu station. You can go anywhere from here by bus, taxi, train. Lots of places for food and shopping and hotel staffs are very professional. Will stay here next time I visit Gifu

Very convenient location
Very convenient location - close to bus stations to the Gifu Castle. Almost next to the JR/Meitetsu stations and supermarket. Not many choices down the main road so would recommend going over to JR station/Asty for meals. Have to go to the back for elevator to go to the lobby but it's not too much of a hassle. Very friendly staff. Twin room size was great. But I think it's a renovated hotel from another brand as the bathroom seems to be from the previous management so it's pretty old. Breakfast is so-so though it was still a great variety of choice.
