"Very strange experience ! We booked this property for a stay at New Year and as there was no snow we asked Miriam if we could cancel and stay another time instead. She agreed and we arranged a stay in June . We sent several messages between each other over the next few months and all seemed fine . We travelled all the way to the Alps from the UK in June and Miriam did not answer repeated messages we sent to her so we could not go to the apartment and had to find other accommodation . "A lovely property, close to Annecy old town and with a fabulous view of the lake."

"Great large property in the centre of the town. We had a lovely stay, the only thing id mention is the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are extremely steep and no lift so not suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility issues! Could also benefit from air conditioning."

"Fantastic views! Nice 2-b apartment facing the lake and has views of the church tower and the town. Beautiful apartment. Full shades in all windows. Despite of the heat, we did not experience much discomfort. One thing I want to alert the next renters is that Google Maps does not provide the correct exact address to enter the car garage. Make sure you get the exact directions from the leasing agent. A pleasant experience."
