"Our stay was wonderful! The junior suite had a lovely circular room that was perfect for winding down in the evening or catching the morning light through the stain glass windows. Attention to detail, plus taking truly good care during our stay made it a special time. The grounds were also stunning with lots of space to walk through enjoying the landscaping. It is the perfect spot!!"

"The hotel was centrally located and had easy walk distance to the nearby castle and marketplace. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast had a wide variety. Several staff members could understand and speak English which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Hotel ist wohl eine alte Kaserne, das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Das Restaurant ist abends so „naja“ es gibt nur Buffet. Zur Wahl alles 27€ oder ein Teller für 17€ Qualität ist ok. Bisschen Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern die Betten Bequem. Länger als 1-2 Tage würde ich nicht buchen. Aber für Außendienstler oder Montage völlig ok. "

"Ein kleines Stück außerhalb von Thale ist das ein kleines Paradies mit allem was man braucht sich zu entspannen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Den wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Sitzecken würde ich auch selbst gern haben 😉 und alles ist top gepflegt und sauber. Ich würde immer wieder gern da Urlaub machen. "

"Das Personal arbeitete unauffällig im Hintergrund aber durchaus auch serviceorientiert. Überragend war die absolute Ruhe in der Umgebung des Hotels. Auch störte es mich persönlich überhaupt nicht, dass es zwei Minuten Fussweg vom Zimmer zum Frühstücksraum waren."

"Refused service dog with disabled traveler, then attempted to charge for service dog, then decided that they hadn’t received the payment for the booking when sharon paid in full to hotels.com. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
