"Room was large. Bed big and comfy however our rooms aircon didn't work and the temperature was 28degrees. Told staff on arrival who said it would be fixed whilst out but it wasn't and no additional effort made to resolve. Generous 3* as other times of the year it may not be an issue."

"I felt this was expensive for the small room provided with a shower that was either boiling hot or freezing cold. Staff were lovely but room was too hot, too small. If breakfast was included in the price it wouldn’t have felt so bad but very basic for the price."
