"Overall we had a great stay at the house. Would have been nice to use the fire, but it wasn't operational, and the heat pump remote had flat batteries...but the heaters in the house made up for it and we had a warm house all the time. We had 6 adults in the house and found that very comfortable. A few others things didn't work perfectly but I passed these in to the property manager and hopefully they'll lbe sorted for the next people. Great location just out of town and not too much uphill...

"Clean, modern and super easy place to stay. Very good stay. Would be five-star rating if it included more towels, more clothing storage (dressers/hangers) and some sporting equipment (great football field and tennis courts just 100 meters away but no equipment at the house to use)."

"Drive way very steep. The steps are steep from the garage to walk to the house & slippery when wet. Parking was uneven to park on. Lighting outside the front sliding door could be brighter. Found the furniture average & the lounges well used. Beds were average to sleep on. Location good. "

"We had an amazing couples getaway at this house. The layout is perfect, the house is super well equipped, and the property manager and comms are top notch. There really isn’t anything to fault. We had a cold snap when we were there but the house was so warm, and the gas fireplace was an absolute delight. Highly recommend this place and we will make it a tradition to return here!"

"My wife and I stayed at this spacious condo with unbelievable views of the lake in Queenstown. It had everything we needed, and communication by Rebecca was very fast! It is a convenient walk to downtown and nearby trails. Also, perfect for having a glass of wine on the balcony. I'd recommend this gem to anyone!"

"Amazing views of the lake and mountains. Great location , easy check in process. Updated kitchen and bathrooms but the rest of the house is a bit dated. Have to take care with the internal steps if you are staying with young children. Nothing much was available in the pantry. Would have been nice to have at least tea & coffee stocked for the guests. Overall we had a good stay."

"The property is perfect for medium to large groups. It was a convenient walk to and from the town center. For those not wanting the exercise, there are plenty of taxi's and Ubers for a reasonable rate. The house was clean and safe. Each bedroom was comfortable with it's own bathroom. The kitchen was fine to cook any meal. The common areas were large and comfortable. The hot tub was very a very nice bonus to the deal. The owners/managers were very accommodating and responsive... we needed to stay...
