"Warning! Avoid this hotel Our stay was made hell by monstrously loud Friday night music till almost 1am. When l got out of bed to complain ..l wouldn't normally but the sound was so loud - l found other guests also begging the unhelpful front desk.man to do something about it. One poor lady was crying. He promised it would end at midnight. It didn't. When l went down again at almost one o'clock he denied the party music was still playing!! He also lied to my husband about it. Eventually l got his boss to get the sound down Clearly the hotel Makes it's money from parties not the poor suffering guests. But surely they could A. Employ kind polite staff who are not rude to customers And B . Invest in sound proofing for the deluxe rooms . It was a rotten experience . But the whole thing was hell The hotel was also in a poor location.and rather old fashioned. But "

"We booked last minute online and when we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm it was locked up and dark with no number to call. Thank you so much to Vishnu from Hotels.com who contacted the owner. She was a lovely woman who greeted us at the door and ensured we were given an upgraded balcony room facing the sea, given keys for the exterior door and showed us where we could eat dinner with apologies for not meeting us upon arrival.
