⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay in Palermo!
We had a wonderful stay at B&B Teatro and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. Marcello was an exceptional host from the very beginning. Before we even arrived, he stayed in contact with us and provided clear, step-by-step instructions on how to reach the accommodation from the airport shuttle stop, which made our arrival completely stress-free.
When we arrived, Marcello personally greeted us, showed us around, and explained everything we needed to know. We also had the pleasure of seeing him every morning at breakfast, where he was always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with any questions.
Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well-maintained, and we especially loved our little balcony, which was a lovely bonus.
The location was absolutely perfect. We were within walking distance of Palermo's historic center and surrounded by countless restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps from the door. It was the ideal base for exploring Palermo on foot.
Thank you, Marcello, for your warm hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Good things: Great location with good staff. Excellent breakfast. Good working A/C.
Bad things: Extremely loud construction noise literally right next door with connected walls with drilling and banging non stop from 7AM to 7PM. Just terrible! Zero comfort and relaxation in the room during those hours.
Also the hotel is extremely dated. Needs a complete remodeling. Nothing works in the room. Shower is terrible with no water pressure. Remodeling of the entire hotel is at least 25 years overdue. Very strange TV set up. Staff are very kind and helpful. Poor condition of the hotel is not their fault.
All and all, for the price and location, OK.
