Beautiful location overlooking the mountains. Staff were excellent and really helpful at all times.
However, it is not acceptable for a place like this to have its amenities (pool, gym, etc) shared by other property and very far away from the main property. This is very disappointing.
Also, breakfast could be significantly improved offering more selection of options. However though, it was noticeable that eggs were cooked with olive oil and not seed oils which we were very happy about.
Unfortunately and despite its great villas, this place falls short from being a top resort as it is being advertised.

This is NOT a five star hotel. Not even remotely close. The pictures do not represent the state of the hotel. This is a very run down hotel and its priced as 5 star which is ridiculous. It has been rebranded several times in an effort to rid itself of the previous negative reviews.
The rooftop bar is non-existent in this building as its located at its sister hotel down the street.
The room we got was dark and the lights were burned out and flickering.
The only good thing about the room was the AC.
If the hotel was marked as a 2 star or a 3 star I would not complain as you get what you pay for but I felt duped as I paid for 5 star pricing.
The staff was friendly so this rating is not a reflection on them.
