After a long stayed at the property (24 nights). I came away with a truly impress of the service which provided by the crew of five ladies (Hang, Tien, Thuy, Luu and Binh). They are a hard-working crew and always service the customer with utmost care and professionally. I appreciated that.
The front desk crew are nice as well.
The room which we stayed is adequate. One of the bed mattress which I slept on is a bit worn out which caused my back hurt a bit ( the springs/coils of the bed ). I have mentioned this to the staff but was told that all matresses have been replaced at the beginning of the year (which to me a bit dismay??).
It would be nice that the room has an microwave inplace (in comparison to other room where they have had).
The breakfast selection could be better as after 24 nights of stays (6 choices). It (choices) become stale/boring.

Loved my stay at the Hammock hotel. The breakfast was decent.
Unlimited food & drinks at the lounge. The food included noodles & the few package drinks and water.
The room was spotless and was up to my expectation.
Near by there were lots of restaurants and cafes and massage parlors.
