This place is on its way to being a fantastic little rental, but I didn't feel like it was quite there yet. We communicated with the host without issue throughout the day of our arrival- until we actually got there and needed to get inside. Then we couldn't get in touch with anyone. We stood outside for 40 minutes trying to contact via the app, Whatsapp, and phone calls with no luck. We were just starting to panic book another listing when they finally answered and said they had been putting their kid to sleep so didn't see our communication. While I don't envy parents of that duty, if you KNOW you have guests en route, you need to be on the lookout for them. The ground floor of the property was under construction when we got there, which I also wish we knew up front-- it was not a very appealing entryway in general, and the first step was simply a cinder block with a piece of plywood over it. I was definitely questioning if we should stay here at all at this point. Also, the wifi only worked in the living room and would cut out as soon as you walked into the bedrooms. The neighbors were pretty loud until very late hours even though we were there during the week. That said, it is very close to the tram. The immediate street didn't offer a ton, but there were lots of food options within a 10 minute walk. The patio was very nice, and we were able to get to everything in the city that we wanted to do.
