"Very convenient location, excellent dining options around the hotel. Easy walkability. Very safe with excellent hotel staff. The rooms were clean and very comfortable."

"Breakfast was good but Svc was not as staff would stand around but not go around to tables to ask clients if they need coffee/tea or anything . Needs improvement in servicing clients . "

"Please see other review for explanation of what was not good about hotel in general. But for this specific stay, the date was booked incorrectly. I immediately changed the reservation and informed Relax hotel of the situation via a phone call. Relax told me over the phone that I would be able to receive a refund if I spoke to reception about it in person at check in. But then they refused this upon checking in. Awful stay on top of everything else."
