When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. "The staff are very helpful and good in service. When I arrived at quite late at night and all my credit cards from Japan cannot be charged, plus I don't have enough cash.
