"The addresses on both expedia and website were wrong by 3 blocks. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

"It was clean and the facilities were very nice and the service was excellent. Although the room was not large, it was very good value for money in the area and convenient for shopping and eating."

"Amazing value for what we paid. The room was beautiful and quality Used a phone interpreter and communication was fine. I'm vegetarian so food was more difficult for me but if you eat meat you will be fine. Many smaller restaurants and convenience stores. Train station a block away. The underground is very convenient my only concern is that it was a little far from attractions. However it allows us to explore other areas and we do not mind taking public transportation as it allows us to immerse in the culture."
"The hotel is in a hard to find location (even for taxis) about 15k from city center. Friendly staff, unilingual Korean. Good Translation app essential. Overheated room on cool nights. Huge TV screen with confusion array if remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers not conversant in Korean. On the plus side very reasonable prices."

On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window advising not to throw cigarette butt out the window. There were zero western electric outlets. Provided usb outlets were non functioning in either room. Towels povided wre hand towels no bath towels on premises. "Breakfast included" was hot water, ramen, and boiled eggs. All in all, a miserable stay and the mouthy young staffer is the worst. Not recommended for westerners. "
"Overall, this hotel was lovely. The foyer was beautiful, and the sitting area was nice. The front desk staff were very helpful, even assisting me with my lost baggage. I enjoyed my stay, but the bathtub was a significant issue. It was inconvenient and frustrating when the water would run out while I was showering.
Despite this, I would recommend this hotel if you enjoy peace and quiet. It was near the mountains and beside a temple, which was quite calming. "
