Where will I be?

Osprey is located on a lovely quiet street in Gerroa. It is built up on the headland to take advantage of the beautiful ocean views. Seven Mile Beach is a short walk away or stroll up the road to the Blue Swimmer cafe and general store.

Why choose Osprey?

Osprey is in a great location, close to the beach but in a quiet spot.Laze on the deck fanned by gentle sea breezes in summer or cosy up to an open log fire for winter warmth.

How is the property laid out?

Osprey is a two storey family home with terraced front gardens. On the entrance level is the garage which has been converted to a games room with billiard table, table tennis table,TV, books and games. There is also a compact bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. Upstairs there are three bedrooms,one with a queen bed, and the others with two single beds. There is one bathroom with bath, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

The dining and living area are spacious and open plan with a dining table to seat six, leather lounge suite, Hdtv, DVD, and open log fire all leading out to a generous deck.The kitchen is well equipped.

WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?

Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

What about outdoors?

The terraced front garden has steps from the lower parking bay up to the property. The grassy back garden has a shady patio area, outdoor setting and gas barbecue.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Osprey has electric oil heaters and ceiling fans in each bedroom. There is an open log fire and ceiling fans in the living area.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is adequate off street parking for three cars comprising garage, forecourt and lower parking bay. Please be aware there is a very steep driveway at this property, however there is ample room in the garage for a family size car to drive in, turn around and leave in a forward-facing position.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Osprey is not Pet Friendly, sorry.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.

Beach view and great location

This is the second time we have stayed at Osprey and it really it a beautiful property right on the peninsula. There's a pool table and lots of games downstairs and the upstairs is just so cozy. The backyard is wonderful with little areas to sit and enjoy the cows mooing. I would recommend to anyone staying with older children, teens (not children under 12 for good reason) and a great place for a couple with extra space!

Perfect for any season.

Such a fantastic house by the ocean! We stayed in winter and it was even perfect for the cold weather. From the fantastic welcoming goodies (wine, chocolates etc) to the super comfortable beds. The open fire place helped to keep us warm as well as heaters in all the bedrooms. The view is magical and the 7 mile beach just a short stroll down. The games room downstairs was amazing and used by the kids and by the adults. The house has everything you need (except for food and drinks of course). We very much enjoyed the whole house and loved our stay!!!!

Wonderful Stay

Stayed with my friends for the weekend and we absolutely loved our accommodation. Our home away from home. From the cleanliness, comfort,location and quality you couldn't ask for more. Views were fantastic beds very comfortable the extra touch of complimentries were appreciated. We had the bonus of seeing whales breaching and having a good play with the supplied binoculars. We all left nice and refreshed and will definitely return.

I recently stayed for 2 nights with a couple of friends. It was perfect! You thought of everything...and a bit more. The entire house is well equipped and the views are fantastic. Nice House - Great View

Three couples enjoyed a pleasant November weekend at Osprey. Host had gone out of their way to make us welcome, wonderful games room for those wet days on the not so sunny South Coast! The only drawback with this property would be for those with a mobility issue, steep block and stairs.

A Nurturing Holiday Home

Very comfortable holiday home, friendly welcoming atmosphere superbly decorated with nautical themes. The photos do not do this place justice. It was the perfect getaway for the long weekend. With views, a lovely backyard and every game/activity known to man it was perfect for our group of young professionals. The house is decked out especially the kitchen. The views are mesmerising and the home extremely comfortable with everything you could need for a beachside stay. It may not be the trendiest of houses but it's clean and very well equipped. The driveway is a nightmare, however.
