Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing us for your recent stay and for nice remark especially of our facilities: several buildings, onsen, restaurants and the easy access to JR station. Most of the shops and restaurants in town don’t have long business hour since we are the onsen town and most of people stay in hotel during night-time. However I believe they open at least day time from morning! I assume that you went around the town in night time? We hope next time you will enjoy the town of Gero as well. Dear Jessica, Thank you very much for taking the time to review us on Expedia. We are glad you had a good experience at our hotel, especially of our Onsen. We are sorry that you couldn't have dinner at our place since you were told that reservation was required... It was definitely not our standards, but if the hotel is really busy, it happens that we can't serve the dinner for guests who don't have advance reservation since the number of seats is limited. I will share your feedback with our team and propose the remediation plan such as giving the guests advance guidance of reservation required if it's in busy season as I believe this serves as motivation for us all to maintain and improve our service quality.
