"We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "Lejlighederne på An den Lindenbäumen er ringe standard. Der var ikke 5 senge + sengetøj som bestilt, så en måtte sove på sofaen. Lyset virkede ikke i alle rum. Der manglede bestik til alle i køkkenet og endelig stank der fælt i opgangen. Man skal gå igennem toilet/bad for at komme til det ene værelse. Mærkelig indretning.
