"Absolutely loved our stay. The history alone and the uniqueness of each room. All the staff were incredibly pleasant and the location was in walking distant of so many cute little shops and an absolutely delightful coffee shop."

"This was our second visit, and we were just as happy! Love the property and enjoyed the theater both visits. Staff is friendly, room was clean and all the amenities -exercise room, pool, library, social held in the evening and breakfast too. Shopping is also a great opportunity to find special and unique items. Lovely property."
"What an amazing property! Our kids had a blast. From the koi pond, to the play houses and play area, hot chocolate machine, to the path, pool, hot tub, cold plunge... topped off with a little movie theater!! It was wonderful and we will be back.
All that said, the front desk staff needs a TON of work. Not friendly or inviting, and didn't explain anything that the wonderful resort offered!!!!
In the morning there was an instructor led class in a beautiful gym... NONE of this was explained to us!
You would think when you see someone checking in with kids that they would ask if we had been there before or tell us what the hotel offered. NONE of that. They were on their phones and gave BAD customer service. I had to ask about the theater, they didn't tell me. I saw a sign.
The only friendly staff were the ladies we saw cleaning and the workout instructor that I randomly met.
It wasn't just us, I experienced other guests receiving the same treatment we had.
It was almost like we were a bother to them. Even a smile and a "Hello" goes a long way. It wasn't just 1 woman, there were 4-5 over our trip that all acted the same way.
Hopefully this can be addressed. "
"This was not my first option when booking a hotel in Berlin, Ohio. But I'm glad this was an option because the staff was fantastic, I felt safe, and walking distance to a lot of cool options for shopping."
"My husband and I stayed for our 20 year anniversary and this place far exceeded our expectations! We had planned on staying somewhere else but decided last minute to reserve a room here. The view is stunning. I love that there are rocking chairs right outside our door and that we can enter from outside but that we also have access to the inside of the home. We had an issue with the air in our room and we called Leon and he immediately moved us to another room. This was the perfect anniversary trip. Made even more better by our hotel! Beautiful, perfect, place. "
"It was our first time staying and we really enjoyed it, close to everything.
First night kids running and jumping in room above us until 11:30 pm. Other than that, it was a great stay"
"It was a very cute and quiet spot. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with things we needed. The host and husband were very kind and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again."
