Air conditioner had small buttons with tiny labels. Tried to turn it on for quite a while with no success. Fortunately, it was only a little warm in the room. At 5am it suddenly came on, waking me up. Also, the remote desk clerk was busy when I wanted to check out and I had to leave a voicemail to check out. Weird.

Cons: Upon arrival during check in there was an extra fee of $125. They do not provide toothpaste :( and parking is $34 daily. The pool was not open or under construction. They do not clean room daily. Pros: staff is helpful. Hotel smells great. Room is nice and roomy. Over all clean.

This was my first time in Vegas , is a nice hotel , Clean, and they have. coffee shops and food to buy, the only thing I didn’t like when you check out they charged you an extra fee for each day for the resort $56 for each day

Beautiful hotel, excellent location with great staff. Lobby area beautiful with lots of seating areas. Views from pool amazing. However, rooms seriously lacking in conveniences and amenities. No dresser or shelves and a minuscule closet meant our suitcases were on floor or desk. This made it hard to walk around beds, and made room look so cluttered and messy. Which also meant no surface to place anything except nightstands. No coffee machine. NO USB PORTS anywhere! So be sure to bring plug adapters. No shelf in shower except one tiny ledge that only had room to hold the very tiny soap/ shampoo/ conditioner bottles. Cute mosaic tile in shower floor was uneven and cut my daughter’s foot, and corner edge of glass shower door cut my heel. Also walls were so thin so our rowdy neighbors kept us up - we could hear everything they were saying. Also there were a ridiculous amount of mirrors in the room. Everything was very clean though!
