Everything was great other than the check in process. We stood in line for an hour. The line was outrageous with only two staff members to check guest in. Also very few handicap parking spots.

The room was clean. Everything is very conveniently located. I asked 2 different stuff members where I could find the tower for my room and they were not friendly.
