We loved our stay here. The staff were amazing. The rooms were very clean. 24hr options for food. Close to shops and other take out options. Free parking was awesome allowed us to hire a car and explore Las Vegas and Nevada. Laurie was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend staying here. Close to the trip but there is so much more to do. Easy access to Chinatown for some great food options.

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.

Top tier travel amenities for family in vegas

Good: short indoor walkway to Palms, nice gym, free parking, Blueberry Hill restaurant close. Bad: Palms casino and surrounding area quite basic for Vegas and shows are limited. Security questionable... no need to scan key in elevator to get to your floor! A security guy is supposed to check your key but in the 2 days at hotel and constantly in/out we needed to show key once.
