Perfect apartment at a beautiful location

The apartment was exactly as in the description. It was completely clean and the welcome was outstanding; cold drinks in the fridge and fresh fruit available. It felt like home immediately. We had a great holiday and recommend this apartment completely. We will come back...

Tolles, sauberes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und einige Köstlichkeiten haben uns erwartet! Der Ausblick auf den See ist phänomenal und diverses Wassersport Equipment steht zur Verfügung. Die Küstenstraße führt am Haus vorbei, was uns nicht gestört hat. Kommen gerne wieder!

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist noch recht neu, supereingerichtet und sehr sauber, es ist alles da, was man benötigt um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen. Lediglich die recht stark befahrene Straße ist etwas laut, aber das war vorher bekannt. Sehr nette Vermieter, bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank mit kühlen Getränken und Tiramisu gefüllt, ein schöner Obstkorb stand auf dem Tisch, wir fühlten uns willkommen.

Alles was geweldig. Het appartement was schoon, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het uitzicht op het meer en de bergen is fantastisch. De host was zeer benaderbaar en erg behulpzaam. Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad en zouden deze accommodatie zo weer boeken.

Super Wohnung mit top Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns super gut gefallen. Sie ist super super sauber und gut durchdacht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, hier wurde wirklich an vieles gedacht. Das einzige, das uns gefehlt hat, war ein Föhn. Ansonsten ist die Lage top, der Blick auf den See wirkt total entspannend. Die Familie ist auch sehr nett und wenn man was braucht, wurde gleich reagiert, echt top

Mooi appartement met PRACHTG uitzicht!!!

Appartement is pas 3 jaar oud, het heeft een magisch uitzicht en mooi, ruim balkon. Binnen is alles netjes verzorgd, schoon en alles aanwezig. Vriendelijke, behhulpzame gastheren die er zelf ook wonen. Er stond wijn, water, bier en gebak in de koelkast en een schaal met fruit op tafel bij aankomst. Je kunt gebruik maken van hun parkeerplaats en zo via de poort naar het meer lopen op 40 meter afstand. Wij vonden het zeker een aanrader!

Prima appartement op een schitterende locatie

Prima, zeer goed onderhouden, appartement. Enige twee minpunten zijn de drukke doorgaande weg langs het meer en het ontbreken van sfeerverlichting in de woonkamer. Groot (overdekt) balkon gelegen op het zuiden, schitterend uitzicht. Mogelijkheid om vanaf het appartement direct het wandel-fietspad langs het meer te bereiken. Prima ontvangst door de eigenaren die direct in de nabijheid van het appartement wonen.

Zeer mooi en modern appartement. Alles is aanwezig. Heel vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Er stonden zelfs allerlei dingen in de ijskast en fruit klaar als welkomstgeschenk. Groot terras met prachtig uitzicht. Ik kom hier zeker terug!

Schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung direkt am Comer See

Wir haben eine tolle, moderne, saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden, mit toller Lage direkt zum See und für diverse Ausflüge in die Region. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich und vor Ort ging alles reibungslos und unkompliziert. Eine Überraschung waren die Aufmerksamkeiten, wie Obst, Getränke und ein hausgemachten Tiramisu im Kühlschrank. Auch hätte man diverse Wassersportgeräte kostenlos nutzen können. Alles Top! Das einzige Manko ist die permanent vielbefahrene Hauptstraße direkt unterhalb des Balkons. In der Wohnung hört man von dieser aber kaum etwas. Alles in allem definitiv 5 Sterne wert!

Prachtig uitzicht

Dit is een fantastisch appartement. Schoon, netjes en verzorgd. Met 2 weken 33-34 graden waren we ook erg blij met de airconditioning. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon op de bergen en het meer. Vanuit het appartement steek je de weg over en spring je zo in het prachtige Comomeer. De verhuurder is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er waren een paar lekkernijen in de koelkast om ons welkom te heten. We zouden zo weer terug willen!

Fantastischer Ausblick

Alles ist wie beschrieben. Das Haus ist sehr neu, entsprechend auch die Ausstattung, Klimaanlage in jedem Raum, sehr netter Vermieter, Lage direkt am See, nur einmal über die allerdings stark befahrene Straße. Sup Boards, Surfbretter und Kajaks zur Benutzung dort (!!!). Wir wurden mit frischem Obst, Wasser und Wein empfangen! Danke!!!

Zwei schöne Herbstwochen in Gera Lario

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen am Comer See verbracht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Es gibt Kajaks, SUPs zur freien Verwendung und direkten Zugang zum See. Die Aussicht auf den See ist herrlich. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Bergen oder einfach nur am Fenster oder auf dem Balkon sitzen und auf den See schauen. Der Vermieter ist unkompliziert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung gab es gleich ein paar Leckereien im Kühlschrank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist, dass kein Lift vorhanden ist. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und ist nur über eine Aussentreppe mit recht vielen Stufen erreichbart .

Vue et accueil exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement très bien agencé, qui semble tout neuf et bien insonorisé. La vue de la terrasse sur le lac est magnifique. Le lac est en face de la maison, il y a la route à traverser. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement, comme des membres de la famille. Nous sommes très satisfaits du séjour, malgré la météo (séjour du 23 au 30 juillet 2021)

Perfekter Urlaub

Super sauberes nagelneues Apartment. An alles wurde gedacht. Wir kamen an und wurden freundlich und herzlichst empfangen! Der Vermieter hatte schon den Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt, sowie einem Obstkorb bereitgestellt. Der See ist nur über die Hauptstraße zu erreichen und der Ausblick ist vom Balkon wirklich traumhaft. Die Vermieter waren wirklich hilfsbereit und man konnte vor Ort die zur Verfügung gestellten Surfbretter und Fahrräder benutzen. Danke für den tollen Urlaub!

Wir haben eine sehr gepflegte,...

Wir haben eine sehr gepflegte, neu eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Grandios war der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Um zur Uferpromenade zu gelangen, muss man die Durchfahrtstraße überqueren und ist direkt am See. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Reisetipps: Der Comer See ist ein wunderschönes Reiseziel. Der Quartier befand sich in Gera Lario, in der Nähe des Surfspots. Ein schöner Weg führt nach Domaso, hier kann man einkaufen. Nach Colicio fährt das Schnellboot und man ist schnell auf der anderen Seite des Sees. Auch nach ein paar Kilometern erreicht man ein großes Einkaufszentrum mit vielen Geschäften. Wir sind auch mit dem Auto die Panoramastraße entlanggefahren, einfach schön.
