"There was no ice the ice machine it’s been broken for months cause I’ve stayed there a few months ago in November I called the front desk to get ice. They never brought it to my room. other than that, I really like the hotel. It is a little bit expensive. Food is expensive $28 for a club sandwich equivalent of $500 pesos. I don’t like the fact that there’s not a coffee machine in the room. They want you to order room service and it’s very expensive."

"The daily rates are fixed and are lower if you go directly to the Motel. I was charged for a higher price and received the basic room. Disappointed that I was charged higher that what the normal fixed price of hotel when I booked with Hotels App. It was not even a holiday or anything special weekend. It was a Sunday night. Rating of hotel: The Motel has garage to park car and it is secure. Bed was very firm. TV worked, water was hot, I would return however will not use Hotel App. Note, when leaving, you have to wait for staff to check room before you can exit hotel gate. This is normal for Motels."
